Having been ravaged by the pre xmas storms our garden fence was destroyed just as the xmas break started. The guys came around to quote on the 2nd January providing 3 clear options within 2 hours of visiting site. We agreed on one of the options (all were explained clearly and concisely) with the understanding that we needed a prompt implementation as both ourselves and the adjoining property have dogs. On reciept of instruction and deposit the required materials were ordered - with an agreed start date of 4th January (only 2 days after instruction!) The guys and the materials arrived on time and they replaced our fence within 2 days! They removed all waste, worked in a very controlled and clean way ensuring that everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. They were clean, tidy, efficient and provided a first class service. The service we received when we had a full back, side fence and some paving done was fantastic. Every step the way they were professional, the paperwork was efficient and in order and they gave good sound advice. The job looks great, it’s completely lifted the garden! The work was completed quickly and in the timeframe promised and everything was left clean and tidy. (Actually more clean and tidy than when they started!!) A whole team of really hardworking guys turned up to get my job done painlessly and efficiently. They helped me design the layout of my border, and knew a lot about the plants that needed relocating. I am beyond thrilled with my artificial lawn, very professional finish and my dad agreed it’s the best looking artificial grass he’s ever seen. It was a ridiculously muddy job in torrential rain but the guys pressure washed everything down after, all my driveway, paths, windows, even garden ornaments so it all looked spic and span! Rhys & his team completely transformed our garden from a basic uneven garden to a beautifully landscaped haven we designed the garden, and Rhys was able to fulfil for us. Sadly our experience began brilliantly and has ended on a sour note with unfinished work (in spite of full payment being made) and unfulfilled promises. We have been accommodating and patient, largely as a result of Rhys' enthusiasm; but the fact the work is still not finished to a functional standard nearly 4 months after it was started, and most importantly, that promises made have not been honoured time after time, has led me to write this post.
