My first stop on returning to Canada was Ray's for supper. Delicious, healthy, fresh food at a good price. One of my favorite places to dine, repeatedly voted Best Schwarma in Halifax. Love this place.

I have tried many Lebanese restaurants before, but this one is the best by far. Me and my coworkers decided to give It a try and each one of us ordered a different plate. First time at this Lebanese restaurant, and normally I don't normally eat Lebanese food because it normally doesn't have the Authentic taste like when I use to eat while growing up in Lebanon. .Hady (Owner of Ray's) catered a Lebanese wedding once where I attended and I tried his food and was Shocked that the food I ate, reminded me of Back home....i tried his Restaurant for the first time today and have to say, I was Mind Blown again. I've tried Lebanese food in Canada from coast to coast and By far, Ray's has my approval and I would Highly Highly recommend this amazing restaurant to anyone. This is a great place and the food is amazing. When I come here for lunch, I usually get the chicken Shawarma plate with taboulli, turnip etc. The food has always been fresh, the place is clean and usually busy around lunch time, so give yourself some extra time.
