I hired Chaplins Cleaners to have my two bedroom apartment cleaned for an end of tenancy inspection. Have to be fair, the place was in a right state after four years of single male occupancy.
Filthy and stained carpets, walls covered in remnants of blu-tack from all my nerdy posters and I won't even attempt to describe my bathroom!
I was certain I'd lose a good chunk, if not all, of my deposit but then along came Ray and Angie who quoted me a very reasonable price for a full end of tenancy clean. They started work in the afternoon and didn't stop until gone midnight. Needless to say I was astounded by the results. Chaplins hard work and commitment to doing a good job shone through and when the inspectors came the following weekend they were just as impressed as I was and the phrase "cleaned to a professional standard" was prevalent throughout the entire check-out report. Suffice to say I received my deposit in full.
I'd just like to say a big thank you to Ray and Angie for their hard work and dedication and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I wish their business every success for the future!

Ray responded to our request within an hour and was happy to come over the NEXT day!
He was lovely and hardworking. He did a spectacular job with the bathrooms and kitchen and knowing that he did a perfect job made the move much easier and worry free.

How long have you been in business?
Our family have been running a cleaning business in Avon for 6+ years and now we are running this new venture in Banbury since March 2018.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We use your supplies if performing regular cleaning.
We use our own supplies for End of Tenancy cleans.
Ovens and Carpet cleans, all equipment etc is provided.
What do you love most about your job?
Over-performing what our clients expect and to see the appreciation on their faces.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have ran 3 businesses previously, and have spent the last 14 years working on an employed basis. I missed working for myself and decided the family background in cleaning was the way forward, targetting my local town of Banbury +15 miles surrounding.
