The counselling service I have established is called, "A Ray of Hope" I have a Bachelor of Science degree in counselling and psychotherapy. I also have an advanced diploma in integrative counselling. I offer clients therapy using the humanistic approach.

What do you love most about your job?
The most rewarding aspect is helping my clients grow and heal. There is nothing better in this life to be heard and for someone to give you that therapeutic space to be able to process some difficult thoughts and not to feel judged.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My clients inspired me as I wanted to create a safe place for them to come and get the help they need without being told they only have a number of sessions.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am an experienced counsellor that works in a integrative way which suits a complex of needs, this includes mindfulness, CBT, or talking therapy's, I am trained to work with couples as well and one to ones and I run groups as well.

I am a BACP registered Counsellor.
My work consists of one to one counselling. I am trained in a integrative way. I work in an individual way that suits a vary of needs which includes aniexty, Anger, trauma breavment loss divorce
My previous experience includes working with addiction in rehabs. group work and one to ones. I have facilitated many differnt groups and various including psycho- education groups including CBT, and mindfulness practice.
I have trained in trauma within the Pia Melody model. This is a reparenting inner child therapy (TA) and shame reduction, an effective therapy which can bring about change and healing.
I also offer Auricular acupuncture and/or meditation - these are optional and are very good holistic remedies for relieving stress; anxiety; fatigue; pain and for detoxing. I can also help clients with Emotional Freedom Teniques.
I am trained to work with couples in counselling. Within the relate model.
I run a group which includes guided meditation and therapy.

An assesment would take place, and clients are offered a safe enviorment to get well from addiction. Please inquire.
