Great place to play. Played on a Friday morning at 8am...finished a foursome in 3hours 15mins. They are doing a lot of maintenance an noticed a lot of drainage work, but it didn't affect out game. I would definitely come again.

Even during the sweltering heat this summer, the course is still well maintained. Convenient for commuters that are taking the metra electric line out of Homewood.

I've been here a couple times for family get-togethers arranged by friends that live in the area. The food and service are top notch and the banquet spaces are spacious and beautiful with lots of natural light during the day.

Excellent spot to have an event the atmosphere was calm and everything balanced out the food was wonderful as well as the staff I would recommend having any event at the Ravisloe CC you will not be disappointed.

Great golf course. Price is not too bad. I wish the greens were a little quicker. I recommend trying it out. They are making some changes to the course to make it even better.

Great Donald Ross Gem. Needs to cut down 1,000 trees that are effecting turf health and playing lines. David Esler did a fantastic job restoring this Ross classic.

The golf course is well maintained and not your everyday cookie cutter round. Course was in very nice condition, too bad the staff need to get some manners. The starter seemed to have a chip on his shoulder, sort of like he was on a power trip. Came to see Thomas John 1-2-2018, very Beautiful Venue. Brought back great memories as we had our wedding reception in the same room that Medium Thomas John did the readings in. As my husband and I sat there listening to the readings, we shared a few good smiles and held hands. Ten minutes before it ended, my mother's spirit came, he asked whose mother passed in August 2017, and had 2 boys, then called me by my name. I was in tears, shocked but embraced the experience. Being back at Ravisloe and having my mother ( may she rest in peace) show in spirit has humbled me. I was there for a fundraiser. My husband golfed and loved every minute. He used to caddy there when he was young. The service was top notch, kudos to the bartenders and staff!!!

I drive 35 minutes and I look forward to every visit! I've played over a dozen rounds this summer there. Including 2 weeks with 6 rounds at Ravisloe. From the cart attendants, pro shop, starters and staff in the bar and halfway house you will not be treated better.

The course speaks for itself! The truest high end experience of an elite country club. The course provides a risk/reward shot from tee to green. You'll use every club in the bag by design. I took my mom here for a 50th class reunion meet and greet. The country club was nice over all but not really meant for 60+ people to come together and sit and talk. Not a lot of seating or tables but we made it work. The manager of the place was very nice and accommodating. Mom has a walker and can't do a lot of stairs. He found the easiest way for us to get her in and out. I believe he went above and beyond for us that night. Thank you! More...
