These guys are great! Very accurate initial estimate, so there were no surprises. They did a spectacular job. The fence is so tight, nothing is going to sneak through. They secured every possible entry hole, they are pros! The fence is see through and doesn't obstruct you view. However, after having pavers installed recently, I needed them to come back out and repair the gap left at the gate area from the paver installation. Top notch!! Got to my house fast. Greyson was the handler that was assigned to us on both occasions. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and eager to educate you about all things Rattlesnake or Rattlesnake related. We actually had one snake in a corner on my front porch he zipped in and took it away. A few days later we found one underneath a trash can but she had a male companion with her. Was a twofer for Greyson! He quickly put them in a container. One of my pet snakes escaped and had gotten into a glue trap, needing immediate help. My vet was closed for lunch, so I turned to the internet. Rattlesnake Solutions' website was the first thing to pop up. Thanks to their cooking-spray advice, my girl was quickly and safely freed. I am confident this technique would also work on a rattlesnake or other wild reptile without having to get close enough to be in harm's way. Very good customer service. I corresponded with several people, including Jill, from this company, all of which were very patient, knowledgable, and respectful. Unfortunately, after much back and forth, my HOA did not allow me to put up the snake fencing. However, I have their number saved in my phone if I ever need their help with a removal (eeeek!). I would refer them to anyone because they:1. Came out and did the estimate very promptly 2. Communicated well and gave a clear estimate 3. We had a horrific experience with a rattlesnake hiding under the cell of our patio door and when I opened the door it bumped him and he lunged up and bit my young golden retriever puppy on the face but the scary part is I have 3 other dogs that were right behind her. I was able to drop down and stop them from following suit but we immediately reached out based on the posts I saw on Next Door and engaged the team at Rattlesnake solutions. They were at my house THAT day and got me a quote THAT date via email and I was able to esign it and we got started on securing my 5 acre property in short order. We are so confident in the mesh and project because we found a baby chic and a baby rabbit that had been trapped in due to the new enclosure and had to rescue them to the other side. Woke up the other morning to find an unwanted visitor. It was a coiled up Speckled Rattlesnake by our patio furniture. After the initial panic fest we called Rattlesnake Solutions. Bryan came right out and caught the snake. He also walked around the perimeter of the house to make sure we didn't have others. Bryan of Rattlesnake Solutions was fantastic. He came to my rescue this AM within 20 minutes and removed a Western Diamondback Rattler about 3 1/2 feet long. We are now safe. Better yet I felt my house was pretty well snake-proofed with mesh fencing, etc.. however Bryan patiently went through the yard and noted 2 small areas near my side entry gate that were the likely entry points. Our HOA informed us we had a snake that was seen entering our back yard, so I made some calls to find out who would remove the snake and relocate it. Bryan Hughes has assembled an expert crew to help him offer this very valuable service to the Greater Phoenix and Tucson areas of Arizona. Although I live over 400 miles away in New Mexico, I find his insights and calm demeanor in his videos instructive and reassuring in demonstrating his or his crew’s safe capture and relocation of rattlers but also occasionally non-venomous snakes. On his videos, he exemplifies an admirable and knowledgeable demeanor in narrating the relocation facet of his snake rescue. He also offers educational seminars in various locations around Phoenix but also in other areas of Arizona and occasionally attends reptile seminars in other states and at times is likely an experienced guest speaker. After finding a rattlesnake in our backyard they responded within 20 minutes. Our snake had hidden within a boulder display that had eroded underneath, creating numerous crevasses. This did not deter Bryan. He patiently flushed out the area, and our snake emerged. She has been relocated to the desert, and both snake and our family are safe.
