When we arrived at the LAX airport I contacted RapidShuttle and received a friendly message just confirming details. We were picked up by Eduardo who was very kind. The van he was driving was huge and very clean. Eduardo was careful driver and was very nice at pointing out locations and talking about the area on our way to the hotel. We also arranged a pick up from RapidShuttle in which they were early by 5 minutes which is reassuring. As you will see, I do not write reviews very often on Yelp, mostly do on Amazon only. However, this one really deserves to be noted. In general, my company, colleagues and associates selected RapidShuttle as our primary airport shuttle service after using many others that just did not work for us. We prefer the private and direct ride after tiring long-haul international trips. With RapidShuttle, we have found the drivers to be reliable, informative - if there is some sort of delay, and always polite. On this trip we got stuck in an immigration line from help for over two hours and our phone signals were blocked. When we came through after baggage claim I suddenly received all the text messages from the RapidShuttle booking agent and the driver asking if everything was OK and they had been waiting for over an hour. I texted we had just got through immigration and would be outside Tom Bradley terminal at LAX. They asked for the pillar number, which I gave them and within five minutes the driver arrived. He was very helpful, offered us water and said not too worry about the wait, as this happens both ways. Great experience again and we will continue to use RapidShuttle and unreservedly recommend them. More...

I entrusted Rapid Shuttle to pick up my 81yro mother on her solo return from Hawaii at LAX at a very late hour on a Sat night holiday weekend (which is why could not get a family member or friend to pick her up) Hired their meet and greet service and private car. I was so worried. But my worries were for naught. Driver was waiting for her at the exit and handed over from the airline helper. He took great care for her and got her back to Anaheim and helped her to her apartment. My mom gave high praise, she felt very safe and comfortable in their care. My company coordinates and interprets for Japanese athlete celebrities when they travel overseas. I recently brought MMA legend Kazushi Sakuraba to Los Angeles when he was invited for a promotion. RapidShuttle was recommended to me by a business associate who uses them for VIP pickups. Our driver arrived early and was courteous, helpful, and most of all, very professional. We had a tight schedule prone to some last-minute changes and the company bent over backward to accommodate us.
