Excellent service! I needed a new passport in a hurry, as I was in the UK for just a few days and my old passport was nearly full. Rapid Visa were very quick at getting Saudi business visas for myself and a colleague. When you have a tight turnaround it is worth the cost as the company was very efficient and attentive to details and kept me updated. They also did the document validation services with the chamber of commerce, which is too complex to do yourself. For the sake of not getting the application wrong for a complex visa regime like Saudi Arabia, it is worth using their services. So far, great. Prompt, clear, thorough, courteous, helpful. I can't imagine what happened with the gentlemen who described them as the worst company ever, but that has not been my experience. In a sense, all these visa and passport services are selling services that one could do for oneself (if one had the time and confidence), but I don't begrudge them their money.
