Worst agency ever. Full of scammers.

Please avoid. Literally the worst letting agency in Canary Wharf. In the beginning you might think the company is really good as they check your ability to pay, contact your employer/previous landlord but you will be disappointed. All they want from you is your money and lack of knowledge about your rights and yes, they will try to harras you if you have any expectations, know your rights or ask for something to be fixed like leaking window. Please double check the contract properly before signing (the best way is to contact local council advisor or Shelter). Once the contract expires and you would like to move out they will try to charge you some illegal fees - included in tenancy agreement. The landlord of most properties is the owner of Ranson but they will try their best to hide it from you. No HMO licences, no Fire Safety Certificates, additional bedrooms in the living room without planning permissions,dirty tenants who can't spend £5 for cleaning materials for the cleaner.
