Working with Tim and RankHI has been such an awesome experience for me and my team at Hawai‘i Nature Center (HNC)!! The RankHI team was able to take our drab, un-engaging website and make it dynamic and beautiful with limited guidance and feedback from HNC—Tim’s crew really understood HNC’s vision for our website and the functionality we wanted. Tim's crew works quickly and efficiently to produce a website that is visually stunning and very user-friendly. He was incredibly responsive, replying to emails within 24-48 hours and getting any website updates done in the same timeframe. Plus, at the end of our contract, Tim even made an incredible tutorial video to walk website novices (like me!) through managing the website in the future. I feel so empowered now for how to manage and update HNC’s web content to reach as many people as possible in our mission.
