My signature dish is my BBQ JERK RIBS and steak with rice and beans steam vegetable medley and plantains or my JERK tilapia fillet fish
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Find out what they're allergies are if the like spices or none spices sweet or savory give them a few sample of my creative dishes for them to choose from
What do you love most about your job?
To watch my customers keep coming back for more of my mouth watering and delicious cuisines and refer me to their friends families and coworkers it is my passion since I was 14 yrs old it's my greatest joy and pleasure to create delicious dishes each and every day
What inspired you to start your own business?
To have time freedom to be with my family I've work for many different restaurants and event planning and catering companies but nothing compares to being your own boss
