At the time I thought these two people were very efficient until I found that my roof had not been finished parts missing guttering on Porch slanting away from downspout resulting in rain running out of guttering. Promised to come back within 2 days to add dry ridge tiles still no show 10 days later. They do not pick up any calls from their call handling office based in Chippenham and do not reply to any requests to call you back. Contacted Trading Standards as not happy with the work carried out and will be seeking to recover my costs. Offer sounded to good to be true and yes they failed to deliver. More...
