I have never wrote a negative review before, but this time I feel like I need to share our experience and warn everybody not to go with Ramshaw Transport.
Moving abroad is stressful enough without worrying and waiting for your boxes to show up 5 weeks. However, the long wait for the delivery was not the biggest issue. The lack of good costumer service was shocking, unanswered emails, unreturned calls and no one to give an estimtated arrival time for our goods. They wouldn`t even give us a heads up when one of their truck "broke down". They were unprofessional in every way and we are just happy that the boxes finally arrived and we can forget Ramshaw Transport once for all.
