Needed a new boiler fitting as part of the extension we were having on our house. The quote we got from the builder's plumber seemed excessive and was to fit a boiler that we didn't know a lot about. Got a quote from Ramsbottom Heating Solutions that was significantly cheaper than the previous one and was using a better boiler. Work was carried out to the highest of standards and exactly when we needed it. Having found on Yell and contacted Ramsbottom Heating Services came to look at broken down boiler within a few hours. It was not repairable, so I obtained three separate quotes from different Heating Engineers, of which R H S were the cheapest. After contacting 3 other Ramsbottom plumbers, all of whom let us down in one way or another, we were at our whits end trying to find reliable local tradesman that actually get back in touch and turn up and do the job. Well, after some careful research we found Ramsbottom Heating on Google with very good Google reviews. All I can say is I wish we had got in touch with Gareth & his Dad in the first place. The communication is excellent & prompt, Gareth's Dad turned up on time and did a cracking job and was very polite and courteous and we were happy with the work done and the price. Had Gareth out to give a quote for a new boiler. Was very helpful and was given a very competitive price. We decided to use Gareth to do the job and we were not disappointed. I needed someone quickly to sort out a hot water problem for a tenant. Gareth just happened to be calling so knocked but there was no answer. We first used Ramsbottom Heating Solutions when we had a new boiler installed and were delighted with the service and standard of workmanship. Not only did they do a fantastic job but were really clean and tidy and left everywhere exactly as they found it. We also found Gareth to be extremely personable, polite and friendly and helpful.
