Through the fitness n friendship that I have gained from all of her techniques of a healthier, happier, and more energized ME.

And for that, I LOVE being apart of something greater than myself. As I give back within myself. I'm effectively and effortlessly Giving back and blessing many others.

Ramsay is one of the most positive and welcoming group fitness instructors I have ever encountered. I know it sometimes can be intimidating for new folks to join a class, particularly one out of their comfort zone. I feel so lucky to be at the right place at precisely the right time to have an opportunity to train with Ramsay E Wall. Like so many of the great people that she draws into her fitness world, I am so grateful for the extra effort she makes to truly help and inspire me to reach my goals.

I've been an athlete all my life with many great coaches and mentors. What sets Ramsay on the highest level as a trainer/instructor is her innate belief in building people up from a place of loving yourself and the importance of fun and play in creating a fitness space where everything is possible.
