Nothing bad to really say about this place. Started working here in January and it's a great environment to be around and work in. They are very picky with who they hire though I will admit that. Happy to have worked here and left my mark at this establishment. More...

RAM provides live responses for calls generated by direct mail, internet sources, commercials and advertisements, brochures, newsletters, and any other media disseminated by our client. Several RAM representatives are trained to handle each client’s calls ensuring that there will always be someone available to assist callers at the highest quality level possible, as well as reducing or eliminating hold times when multiple calls come in at one time.

RAM conducts outbound calling for special projects on an as-needed or recurring basis. Our representatives are experienced in start-to-finish operations including customer service, full closure, cross-selling, and up-selling to enhance the value of each lead. These projects include but are not limited to: - Database updating and clean-up - Appointment-setting (phone, physical, or web conference) - Event invitations - Customer service/quality control efforts - 2-2-2 Programs - Caller follow-ups - Event cancellations/ rescheduling/ changes - Mailer or Event Follow-up - Surveys - Customer Service Notifications - Confirmation of Registration/ Appointment/ etc. - Reaching out to “cold” or inactive customers - Call Transfers

We have experience handling various data entry tasks into both generic and proprietary/customer-specific databases. We also have the capacity to receive returned mailings, send out deliverables upon customer request, track various parts of sales cycles, coordinate or follow up with reps or customers as needed to resolve issues such as scheduling, and utilize calendar-sharing to avoid double-booking.
