I’ve been attending one-on-one sessions with Kathleen for the past 5 years. I don’t know where I would be without her intelligent, thoughtful, and loving guidance. I actually knew Kathleen before she was my coach as a regular at a restaurant I worked at, and somehow years later I randomly ran into her in a different city at a show I was attending. She handed me her RCA card, and I knew that meeting was a gift to me from the universe. While Kathleen has numerous degrees and certifications in her field, she just has a way about her that is innate to her being. "When looking for clarity with my life purpose, the universe brought me to RCA. Kathleen created a space during my interview with her that allowed me to confirm that authentic leadership life coaching was right for me. The energy present in the classroom was safe and nurturing. This space allowed my cohorts and me to explore and share newfound insights. I was very impressed with the quality of RCA’s curriculum and materials.
