I can help guide you through a number of hard points, but I specialize in building an intimate relationship with self, sobriety, healing from toxic relationships, restarting life after a breakup, setting boundaries, shame or inadequate feelings around sexuality, reclaiming your sexuality, enhancing your love life, becoming a better lover, getting centered, and to help you reframe or find the next best step.

I’ve overcome and learned so much of this within my own raw life experience as well as researching. I’m constantly reading and growing; putting myself through the same techniques I will share with you.

My mission is to help others find sovereignty by discovering their power through creativity, pleasure, and play.
