We were referred to Christy & Todd by a pet-owner friend who had used their services & raved about them. Â So we tried them out twice within one month (July 2019) and both times they came through for us with flying colors. Â I especially appreciated the daily picture update of each one of our pets so we could see them from afar. Highly recommended! I have never written a review, but Rain or Shine was exactly what we needed when we needed it, so I felt compelled to write a review. We visited from Oregon with our puppy, and she did not handle being in the hotel by herself well, so we asked if Rain or Shine could puppy sit with less than 24 hours notice and they agreed. I was very happy with Kristiy and Todd as well. Until I installed a security camera, and saw that Kristiy had only walk my dogs for 12 minutes when I had paid 30 min. She was also on her phone the whole 12 minutes of my dogs walk. Nothing was said until I asked her why she only walked for 12 minutes. She said she was running late and would walk them longer next time. She wasn't going to say anything until I asked her why it was only 12 minutes. I saw her walk out and count the $20 that I gave her. I feel like I've been ripped off. How many other times has she done this? Plus being on the phone the whole time when she was supposed to be interacting with my dogs is unacceptable. More...

I am one of those pet owners that cannot imagine sending my pups to a place where they spend time kenneled or in a room alone while I am on vacation. For this reason, I am so glad I found Rain or Shine. Christy and Todd are amazing people who run a great business. My two dogs have had many vacations with these two. When I return, one of my dogs will refuse to get in the car, he would rather stay and play. I love knowing that my dogs are in excellent hands and receiving the love I would give them and more while I am away. Rain or Shine has been a life saver! Not only do we know our Zoey is in great hands when she goes out for her walks, but the reliability is amazing. On more than one occasion we have needed our dog walked last minute and Christy has come through every time. Christy and Todd have watched my dog and cat for about 3 years now. They always do a great job. They really play with the animals, and also do little things like bring in mail and turn on lights.
