The food is amazing!!! You can tell when there is LOVE put into a dish and I know there is SO MUCH LOVE put into all of them.
If you haven't had a chance to try the food from this amazing chef you need to get on it. I got the seafood gumbo and the jerk chicken and let me tell you everything was done perfectly!!!

Chef Will is Awesome!!! Absolutely loved every dish! He catered a 10ppl dinner at our home for an 8-course meal with creative cocktails and delectable menu selections!
We have never had someone use such creativity with food!! Mind blowing tastes and twist on food preparation!! Plating design was spectacular! Every dish was superb, complete with wine pairings. Looking forward to the next time my husband and I have dinner guests and can book Chef Will.

Everything I've ordered from Chef Will has been AMAZING!!....Best Southern Cuisine I've had ANYWHERE!......I most recently tried the Cajun Shrimp & Grits which along with Sweet and Spicy Andouille Sausage are complimented with a Bacon Honey Sauce which you wont find ANYWHERE.....Well Done Chef!
