We have just come back from an eight-day whistle-stop tour of the United States which involved us 'doing' New York, Memphis and Atlanta. Laura's organisation meant the whole trip went without a hitch and we are very grateful for her efforts in dealing with the complicated logistics involved. If you are looking to book a trip away, you can search the internet, you can book flights but what you can't do, is get to converse with a person. Having used Laura at Radnor travel to book our last family holiday, we were given guidance and information that you can't get from the computer. Even when there was a query at check-in desk, the lady was amazed that we'd booked with an independent travel agent! She was amazed that we'd not got an in resort rep (who really only wants to sell you trips), but there was no problem the small query was clarified from the resort via FB with Laura. We have just come back from a fantastic holiday in Austria. The service and advice we got from Radnor Travel was excellent.
I wanted a family holiday for the 5 of us, children aged 12-19 yrs, with only 10 days to go until we flew out, I wasn't even sure where we wanted to go. Radnor Travel spent a lot of time and effort listening to me whilst giving me lots of ideas, they then suggested Austria finding the most beautiful family hotel in a lovely old Austrian town at the foot of the mountains which was wonderful. Laura was very helpful in helping us find and excellent deal for a weeks holiday in Kefalonia Greece in a private villa with a pool with a view of the sea, and 10minute walk to the beach. The place was beautiful and there was absolutely no problems with money, you wouldn't know Greece was suffering at all. The island was quiet and not packed with tourists which meant we could really appreciate the stunning beaches. Would definitely go to Greece again. More...

Just come back home from my latest travel , arranged by Radnor Travel Service ltd . My husband and I have booked our holidays with Vaughan and Laura for several years now .
They operate an excellent service , from choice of holiday , payment plans , sensible advice and even went above and beyond when we had a missing passport on a SUNDAY MORNING at home - we were due to leave for the airport that afternoon !! Luckily the passport was found in time ! We thoroughly recommend Radnor Travel Service , and are looking forward to our next holiday . A very pleasant family too !
