I have just completed the 47 hour Armed Guard Security Course with Matt, Jason and Mike of Guardian Security. I have to admit it was the most informative and the most professional course I have ever taken. Matt and Jason are extremely dedicated to a safe environment. I contacted Matthew Seifer initially to find out how to purchase a Byrna personal defense pepper launcher after doing my online research about Byrna and the Restrictions we face living in New York. I quickly found out that Radius Investigations and Guardian Security were the only place to go for professional licensed help to make my purchase. Matthew was a real pleasure to deal with in this process and I did purchase a Byrna HD pepper kit from him. I felt like family after our transaction was completed. Recently I contacted Matt to purchase a second Byrna launcher the newer SD model in Tan. It is awesome and that transaction went extremely well also. My granddaughter is an EMT here in Western New York and her mother wanted to get her a Byrna self defense pepper launcher as well because she is out very late and driving alone near a high crime city. In Sept 2020, I retained Radius Investigations for the purpose of a complete background and financial check of and individual. After several months I was provided with a very small dossier that practically as long as his contract agreement. Upon review I realized that 75 percent of the info provided to me was inclusive of what I discovered myself for about a $20 fee through truthfinder.com as a basic search i did which I initially provided to Radius Investigations upon initially meeting with its principal Matthew Seifer to help give him a jump start with his investigating, never thinking he would repurpose my materials to be representstive of the findings he would include for the investigation and report I paid him to do in the amount of over $1500.00.

As an investigator I found it difficult to believe that Radius Investigations could not even provide me with the indidual's most recent address yet they did provide me with an address this person has not resided at for at least five years. The investigator was also completely fine with with closing his investigative report leaving two possible social security numbers for the individual in question. I myself was able to discover the present address for this person involving a residence for the person involving two year lease in an area on Long Island that the investigator himself was incapable of producing despite my paying Radius Investigations. The investigator faiiing to have the ability to find this himself is shameful.

I feel I was overcharged for an investigative service that was less than stellar and underachieved at best. In my dealings with Radius investigations, beyond being underserved and overcharged, the investigator Matthew Steifer was less than responsive and cooperative than what a client would have expected and hoped for. Matthew Seifer is Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend any interested party to use Radius as I found the Lead Investigator to be an extremely honest and straight forward individual. All clients of an investigative team can understand how honesty is the most important factor in the decision process.Mr. Seifer was extremely generous in directing me, and offered first hand experience, as an aspiring investigator, giving me tips with the value of his many years of experience, never pushing classes on me unnecessarily. I have been in the investigative services industry since 1991.  My company, Trailblazer Investigations Inc has assigned cases to other companies for various reasons.  ALL with negative results.  Some overcharge, some don't show up and say they do and want to get paid.  Some just out and out lie AND that's a big no no in this highly competitive field. One has to realize that our investigations affect the lives of a lot of people! This time I chose Radius Investigations.  They were more than professional.  They obtained video/pictures at locations that I have to admit I couldn't have done.  They located subjects in the dead of night AND  photographed them.  The pictures were perfect!  Needless to say the case was a success and our client was more than happy.  Would I use Radius Investigations again?  The answer is Yes.  And if your smart you should too! Man there is nothing I regret more than hiring Matthew to investigate my case. He had 4 months before the trial to get in touch with one person by phone and get a copy of a contract. Matt told me it’s gonna take 1 week to get the evidence. After 3 weeks of waiting I called to find out what is going on. From my first contact with the people at Radius, they were extremely respectful and professional.
