Very nice. Super clean. True to pictures. Friendly, helpful staff. Yummy breakfast! I booked through Hotels. I called to secure a king bed and was told by the hotel itself to call ahead to make sure we had a king bed. I called the day before and was assured it was locked in. The first woman we dealt with at check-in wasn't super helpful, rather dismissive, and was not going to give us the king bed. I explained to her that I had called and was assured by two gentlemen at their establishment. Another woman, standing nearby, was much more helpful and friendly and said she remembered my call the previous day and we were given the king bed without much hassle. After that, the stay was lovely. Just be careful when using a third party to book! More...

Nice hotel, clean spacious and loved the decor. Always have this issue at hotels with pillows. Always just too small and not very firm so hard to sleep sometimes. Was weird having a view into the hotel and not outside but was still nice. Would go again if I was downtown. Maybe next time ask for a view that shows the outside. More...

Booked via Priceline-- I know some have complained about the room facing a hallway instead of the street, but I enjoyed how dark the room stayed and allowed me to sleep in. If a view is important, you should probably call ahead and be sure your room has one instead of assuming. Service was great, room was decorated well. I normally stay at the Hyatt in Minneapolis, but was glad when the last minute plans brought me to the Radisson... I would happily stay again. More...

Hotel is in a convenient location and lots of restaurants around. We actually ate at the Fireside Grill in the hotel and the food was excellent. The service was great even though the kitchen was a little slow due to being busier than usual for a Monday night. The guy doing valet was also doing suitcase ps to the room and he was working his butt off doing a great job. Our room was 410, a junior suite with king bed but it had an interior view which we didn't realise. We were only there for one night so it wasn't an issue for us. Room was very spacious with great bed and pillow. Bathroom was a little on the small side. Would stay again. More...

Our organization hosted a national conference here and I would definitely come back. The rooms were great (though some had lots of carpet stains) and the service was friendly and timely. The food from the restaurant is amazing and the bartenders make real drinks, unlike some hotel restaurants that give you little liquor in an overpriced drink. It actually keeps you buying more! The only recommendation I have is to think about adding microwaves to reheat the awesome food in the middle of the night! More...

Great hotel. Close to everything sports. Helpful staff and the wings in the lounge are incredibly tasty!

I Fell in Love with Radisson Blu Minneapolis. Everyone was so nice and very welcoming. The hotel was So Beautiful and Clean. I stayed here to visit Paisley Park..First Avenue and Mall of America. My two Favorite Parts of the hotel was The Blue Lighting at Night and the Pictures Of Prince on the Screen when I walked in. Will definitely stay here again. The Location was Perfect as well More...

***edit to original review***
We were contacted through Allison C. who works at Radisson Blu. Rather than being pushed aside, she took time to listen to our story and not only was sympathetic, but gave us a free night for my husband's birthday. She had set up the room beautifully and had added special touches like a cake and personalized card for my husband. I was so impressed by her service and her desire to actually fix the problem, rather than just apologize and assume it was ok. Our view of Radisson Blu changed due to her wonderful customer service. If Allison is the face of customer service at Radisson Blu, I would stay there again and again.

We had a less than ideal experience here the night after our wedding. We decided to stay in one of the nicer suites, and we had emailed ahead to make sure that things were in order after our wedding. When we arrived, our room didn’t have any outside facing windows, none of the things we had requested had been done (wine glasses, etc.) and there was loud music and what sounded like a big party going on across the hall until 4:45am. We were very disappointed. I contacted the hotel four times in regards to the service and I never received a response.

I was there for a wedding reception this past Saturday. The food was excellent and I have to admit that the cornbread was the best I have ever had. The service was even better in the way they were always near by and I never had to ask for an item because they would ask me first. Also their genuine love for their job particularly the redhead. Overall the experience was great and I will not hesitate to go back. More...

I’ve had an extended stay and I can honestly say I’ve never been treated better by hotel staff. The hotel staffs’ hospitality is unsurpassed. Linh, stands out, as he’s made it his mission to make my stay a pleasant one. So gracious. The hotel is modern and attractive, the food is delicious, a favorite of mine on the menu is Lena’s Meatballs. I could go on, but you get the picture. I give it 5 stars gladly. More...
