Had a very pleasant stay with my daughter. It was part of her 21st birthday celebrations. I told the lady on booking for the restaurant that my daughter was 21 and the staff made sure we got a free glass of bubble. Then the waitress came over and told us to choose a cocktail each. Which was very kind. The food was delicious and enjoyed a very tasty breakfast the next morning. Also got a later check out which was very much appreciated. This was the second year we have had our Christmas party at the Radisson Blu Leeds and it was even better this year than last year (and last year was good). ||||The events team worked closely with us to ensure the evening was perfect and they were very accommodating throughout the process. Had a great night here. The atmosphere and warm, friendly staff are without doubt a place to feel welcome. The Radisson blu lounge serves a great Scooda (I believe they called it) of lager. While the feel good ambience, music and lively customers had me stay a few hours more than I would normally.Highly recommended place if you want to just chill after work, meet up with friends, or just take some quiet time out for yourself. Stayed here for a night with my boyfriend as we were having a night out in Leeds, room was big enough for two comfy bed and clean bathroom. Close to shopping and Greek street 5 minutes walk so good location. Had 1 drink at the bar, was going to have another but had booked a taxi and there was only one person working so there was a queue building quickly for drinks - but all in all would book again! Very welcoming and polite staff excellent breakfast and facilities. Outside noise will be the only criticism really. Not the hotels fault for bin men and road works so can't really complain about this. I would stay here again.

This year I organised my works Christmas party for around 60 people and I decided to hold it at Radisson Leeds City, from start to finish they were amazingly polite and so helpful. Amanda who works in the events team kept me updated regularly. The night was beautiful, from the decorations to the food and the DJ room was big enough for us all to have a little boogie :). We had our own private floor and bar which was nice and personal. The manager on the night who was looking after my team was so lovely and polite! I didn't say here I had booked breakfast at the fire Lake restaurant and the breakfast was amazing the manager was lovley as he came over we had to wait to be seated as was some confusing when we arrived but he sorted it straight away I would recommended it 5 star

Great hotel for the First Direct Arena and Ive stayed here several times before but I think there have been some management changes as wasnt quite as slick as usual and in the bar they now dont offer pints (but charge you for them and theyre still on the menu as pints but sold as schooners which are 2/3 pint) the poor bar staff were getting it in the neck from many customers just when we were there and apparently this has been going on for months! The room could have been hoovered better but overall still alot nicer than many places Ive stayed. For £200 a night though I want some biscuits and more than 2 tea bags, 2 milks and one hot chocolate on my hospitality tray!!! Just saying.... More...

Once again did not hesitate to book our conference at this great hotel in the centre of Leeds with excellent conference facilities. |The staff are also what make this hotel from the very first initial pre booking meeting to the check out everyone member of staff are just wanting to do the most for the guests.|We dealt with Dorota who made sure everything was perfectly organised as we wanted it.|Other members of the team deserved special praise for helpfulness and willing to go out of their way to help.|The new food and beverage assistant manager was also great and rectified a couple of hiccups immediately when asked.|We had a great time in the bar where live music and singers could be enjoyed on the Friday and Saturday and we were even welcomed for breakfast on the Saturday morning by the general manager of the hotel which shows a real team effort from top to bottom of staff.|Can’t wait to come back for pleasure or business soon as Allways enjoy this great hotel and it’s staff More...

Had a one night theatre stop over with my two boys and beautiful wife. |Perfect location for Leeds and car parks, on arrival it has the wow factor with its elegant reception and Art Deco feel. |The room was huge!
