I've been working with Radioactive media for the last 2 years and in half that time they were able to double my profits. And their still increasing. I like the owners because they both work really hard and it's pretty obvious they cared about my success. I know I was a customer, but it was a blast working with them. I was recommended to them by a friend, since when I started out I didn't know that much about radio advertising or what it had to offer (and honestly 'the metrics' still confuse me a bit), but you can't argue with results, and they handle all the details, which makes it a win-win.
