Radical Roots Nutrition is run by a Registered Holistic Nutritionist who attended the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Vancouver, BC. Being registered with CSNNAA, her services are covered by some health insurance companies. Radical Roots Nutrition work with clients who have health concerns whether it be digestive issues, trouble losing weight, depression, what to eat and what to avoid while pregnant, figuring out how to change a diet, lifestyle or mental outlook after a health diagnosis from a Doctor, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, Hashimotos, IBS, Celiac, ect. We start with an initial consultation to figure out your health concerns, figure out any imbalances that may be occurring and may be contributing to your health concerns, then formulate goals to reach to bring your body back to homeostasis. Radical Roots Nutrition also offers weekly meal plans , pantry overhauls, grocery runs, prepped meals and basic cooking classes for those intimidated in the kitchen.
