I have worked with Neil over the last 9 months whilst he was managing the Financial Planning & Analysis function for Praxair Surface Technologies. Neil came on board and quickly demonstrated his strategic thinking and accounting skills. His evaluation, guidance and technical expertise led a change in the month-end close & reconciliation process. Neil applied his knowledge and expertise to drive positive change from when he came on board, streamlining activities, understanding his key Finance business partner roles upstream and downstream, which enabled him to make changes very quickly leading to an improved through-put-time to close and less stress in the month-end cycle. Online Accounting
We can be your online accountant with our partner Sage Business Cloud Accounting. This means we can support the running of your finances using cloud technology allowing you to view your accounts on the move through various mobile devices. The online platform can be linked to bank accounts for ease of cash management and posting of cash book transactions. The system has various functions to improve the functionality of your business to provide more live data including raising invoices on a mobile phone. If required we can complete the bookkeeping or just review your entries into the system before completing the periodic accounts and reports. This service is more suited but not limited to self-employed or small businesses that do not have a finance function. Sage Business Cloud Accounting is also compliant with the HMRC Making Tax Digital.
Management Accounts
At Radford Financial & Business Solutions Limited, we believe this is where the magic happens. Management accounts are not just a set of numbers they offer so much more to support a business and the strategic decision making process. Management accounting or partnering will allow insight into various performing factors within a business, i.e. profit or margin appraisals, revenue stream reviews, costing analysis, KPIs, benchmarking etc. This commercial approach to accounting allows us to understand the mechanics of a business and help advise on areas that are working well and not so well, where focus may need to be made to improve certain ways of working and also providing a forward looking service through forecasting and highlighting of potential risks for mitigation.
Bookkeeping
One of our services is to provide a bookkeeping service so you can outsource this function and receive all the reports you require to complete your financial returns. We will record your daybook transactions and complete reconciliations to ensure all transactions have been recorded. This service is ideal for the smaller business that does not have time or facilities to record such information.
Cash Flow / Working Capital Mangement
