Rad Web Hosting undertook a challenging project for me that probably saved my business. They migrated 30 websites from a VPS H-Sphere platform to a dedicated server cPanel platform. Although I had been with the H-Sphere host provider for a decade, the VPS was becoming a money pit. I could no longer afford paying for additional RAM, yet I was always hitting 90%+ RAM utilization. My H-Sphere host provider's response was always to add 1GB RAM, and I did this many times with no resolution and a larger monthly bill. Then I met with Scott Claeys from Rad Web Hosting. He offered to migrate the sites for a low cost and provided a dedicated server with 3-times the RAM for less money. The migrations have been completed, and website performance is on the order of 5 times faster. Now I'm comfortable to take on new clients again. And cPanel is so much better than H-Sphere.
