Just had Rachel round to perform a dental on my miniature Spitz after coming highly recommended by several people. Amazed is an understatement! Lots of tartar removed and a good freshen up. Rachel has been today to give Dexter a clip, bath and also to have some dental work. He looks amazing. The descaling of his teeth was carried out so professionally. No stress or anxiety for him. All done in the comfort of his own kitchen. No leaving at groomers for hours. She was lovely with him and my other dogs. Rachel came out to groom our very feisty cat Truffles who gave her a very hard time due to her nasty behaviour. None the less she tackled the task with immense professionalism and dedication, the outcome of which Truffles although looking a little "battle torn" appeared to be greatfully relieved of so much matted and under grown fur. Rachel gave my dog's teeth a really good clean, removed loads of plaque, they look much better and his breath is better too☺️ he doesn't like his teeth cleaned, but Rachel was very gentle but thorough, would highly recommend this service, will be a regular customer, very happy

Rachel visited today to groom my three-year-old rescue, who previously had a bad experience with groomers. He's barky and nervous, but Rachel took her time and did a fantastic job. She put me - and him - at ease and didn't ignore my other dogs. Genuinely the most friendly groomer I've ever met, Rachel took the necessary time and didn't once make me feel like she was rushing. My cat fluffy is a long haired cat and he had a lot of nots in his fur I looked on the Internet and found some groomers but when I asked them if they do cats they said no only dogs. Trying to find a groomer for cats is very hard . Highly recommend Rachel for pet grooming, claw clipping and general advice on health of your dog. My spaniel suffers from fear agression so needs to be muzzled when being handled by strangers. Rachel has worked up such a good relationship with him and we have developed a relaxed and easy technique for the grooming that we can now do 90% of it without the muzzle. I cannot recommend Rachel enough. Our dog would not let us do his claws or cut his fur (westie). This was down to a poor groomer that we thought was good but didn't relise how bad they were.
