About

I am dedicated to helping you find restoration and healing when challenges and struggles show up in your life. Sometimes it may become too difficult to navigate life’s hardships alone, and I find it a privilege to support you through your healing process towards a happier and healthier life. I will meet you where you are in your own unique situation with respect and compassion.

I have experience working with couples, individuals, and families struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, marital/relationship issues, premarital, body image issues, women’s issues, sexual abuse, substance abuse, co-dependency, quarter/half life crisis, and life skills. I also have research-based knowledge of postpartum depression. Additionally, I come from a military background and understand the unique struggles that couples and families face in this culture. I have extensive experience integrating faith with sound clinical therapeutic approaches when clients desire and believe treating the whole person: mind, body and soul. I look forward to hearing from and working with you.

When I am not in the office you will usually find me spending time time with my sweet fiancé, taking our dog on walks or to the beach and making memories with my family. I am an avid crossfitter and love the challenge and reward of hard work and consistency. I love adventuring outdoors, sharing conversations with friends over coffee, finding a book I cannot put down, working on my blog, singing, and playing guitar.
