Really enjoyed the meal prep course we attended today. Rachel warmly welcomed us into her beautiful home where we were able to watch, listen and learn a whole range of very useful tips for meal prepping, longevity of storing food & handy items with which to store food in. Delicious easy to follow recipes and lots of simple but tasty ideas of how to serve & mix up components to make amazing meals. I recently attended a food prep workshop with Rachel. It has help me to totally change my diet. I was struggling to make positive changes to my diet as like most people I am very busy and on the road running here and there and takeaway was an easy option. Now I have so much food prep in advance that meals are quick and easy with little or no waste. It was the missing key for me. I can highly recommend this workshop, you will learn so much and have an enjoyable morning in a fabulous atmosphere with great company. I attended Meal Prep 101 with Rachel. First off, I am not related to Rachel I just happened on her through a link and I am so glad I did. The class was amazing - this isn't some weirdo who is ramming healthy eating down your throat. This is a lady who has a busy work & family life, yet manages to put wholesome, healthy and delicious food on the table for every meal. And guess what, she shows you how this can be done with ease. No, she doesn't come to your house and do it for you, but you leave her class with all the tools to do it. Maria Montessori once said "observation is the key to knowledge" - I was blown away with the knowledge I came away with. It may seem overwhelming when you see Rachel's kitchen - her fridge is amazing and then when you get to her cupboards you can either throw your hands up in despair or be challenged to believe that you too can have what she has or even better. Rachel's mantra, one step at a time, but at least take the step. I am so pleased I did. My family still can't quite believe the change in our lives. Good, nutritious and sumptious food every day, yes it is achievable. I work full time and travel 10 hours a week - it takes confidence, persistence and committment but it is easy to get into. I loved the class, I travelled from Wicklow on my own and it was one of the very best decisions of my life. My husband and I as a by the way have lost 1 stone in weight each by eating the foods that Rachel introduced us to. We are never hungry and don't crave the rubbish that once passed our lips. Our two teenage daughters are thrilled to participate in the work plan which Rachel gives you. Rachel is a warm, solution focussed and generous lady with a wealth of information to pass on. I'm hoping she does another Meal Prep course soon because I will be there! Thanks you Rachel - by the way I think you should charge more. More...

I have completed 2 courses at Rachels-Meal prep 101 and just today I attended her Sourdough class.Both were a revelation!I had struggled to cultivate my own starter and was about to give up .Rachel ,however,changed all that by providing a starter and fool proof instructions leading to a very successful loaf.It’s also great to have a hands on class where you learn by doing.I also enjoyed a lovely lunch and great conversation and highly recommend the entire experience.Looking forward to the next one. I recently attended Rachael’s summer salads workshop. It was a small group, which was very welcoming & friendly atmosphere in Rachael’s home. We got to taste some delicious salads & see how to prepare them. The cooking to lower your cholesterol workshoo yesterday was brilliant. Really informative and interesting Such flavoursome food that took little effort to make was a revelation. Uncovering a lot of the myths that we take for granted was certainly an eye opener. Also it was great to share personal experiences with like minded people. I had a terrific time at Rachel's workshop where we learnt how to make apple cider vinegar, coconut yogurt, nut milks and more. I really liked the format: the group was small enough that there was plenty of time for all the great questions and observations that came up over the course of the workshop. Rachel is a wealth of knowledge. I did a morning course on making sauerkraut and Kimchi. The teaching was very east to follow with some great information to help understand the health benefits of fermented food.
