A magical place with rustic charm, Race Brook Lodge offers a private setting ideal for a weekend retreat or an easy get away. The space for the retreat was a very cool barn structure with beautiful windows showing the natural landscape. It was a nice combination of rustic but well-constructed and modernized with a lot of charming touches. There was always water and tea for the attendees and there were enough bathroom facilities so everyone was comfortable.

My room was very comfortable and charming. The pillows are really awesome. A couple of different sizes, I really like that.

I found that staff to be really nice and charming. They were helpful and welcoming.

The food was fantastic. It was very tasty and they offered fantastic vegetarian options which were delicious and plentiful.

The Race Brook Lodge is on 100 acres of land and has a beautiful trail right on the property that climb up to a waterfall. The views from this trail are beautiful.

Great accommodations and friendly staff. The restaurant next door is also great and the bartender makes a mean margarita.

My husband and I just spent four wonderful days at Race Brook. What a great get-a-way. Lovely staff and accommodations. Having a great restaurant on the premises was really convenient. No need for a designated driver. Looking forward to seeing what its like in the summertime. Oh yes, and our dog had a wonderful time too. She enjoyed the freedom of walks without a leash. More...

A great place for a weekend get away from it all. Conveniently located in the middle of no where, but not really far from anything. We loved it.

Race Brook Lodge is an incredible rustic wedding venue with a creek running right through the property. I'm a local photographer, and Race Brook Lodge is one of the best Berkshire wedding venues there is. The barn space is absolutely incredible, with huge posts and beautiful light. They set up a tent directly next to the barn so the space becomes nearly seamless. Guests have a lot of open space to play games, and there are beautiful stone walls running along a creek just feet away from the path between the lodge and the barn. A big bonus: right next to the lodge is the Stagecoach Tavern, one of the best kept secret dinner spots in the Berkshires. Casey, Saadia, and David are not only family, but they treat their guests as family too. More...

We arrived at 8pm for an event in the "barn" and were completely blown away by the charm and level of detail and attention paid to us by the staff and hosts. We decided to stay at the lodge last minute and were led to the most warm comfy and inviting room (along with a tasty late night snack). We woke up to a gorgeous slice of heaven on earth...backdrop of mountains trees nooks and crannies books and hammocks and tea and smiles. A lovely evening, day and experience. More...
