After waiting 8 weeks for another installer who kept promising to come and survey we contacted Raaj who came 2 days later as promised. Raaj and Tas were very knowledgeable and professional. He told me which alarm to order myself and he would provide the cctv system. Once the alarm was delivered he came the next day (as promised) to install. The install took 2 days and Raaj explained things as he went along and left everything tidy. I had my cctv installed by a weekend warrior, unfortunately the system was not fitted properly. I contacted Raaj and explained my problem, he was so helpful and understanding and agreed to visit my house the next day. Raaj came out and gave me a no obligation quote for cctv and a ring door bell 2 fitting, he and his wife were very professional and knew exactly what I needed and offered his services at a very competitive rate. What can I say this man did wonders for me and my family, he came and straight away removed our old no longer working CCTV and provided a new system which not only is much more simple to use but the quality was brilliant, raaj and his partner went out of their way to making sure all our cameras were positioned correctly and covered all blind spots and has come back on a few occasions to re adjust them also, from start to finish he was clean and tidy and the most respectable person I have had the pleasure of knowing, i wouldn't got anywhere else from now on

My partner and I were keen to look at options on CCTV at our new home. We subsequently invited RAAJ CCTV round to survey the property and discuss our options. From the minute they arrived, I was hugely impressed with their professional knowledge and their ability to understand what we wanted. They presented options to us, discussed our budget and made their recommendations in a purely informative, none pushy way. We proceeded with the discussed options, and Raaj was round in a matter of days to get the work done. His workmanship is exemplary; the work was completed efficiently and the job is incredibly tidy - all camera mounts and associated wires are very neatly laid both internally and externally. The equipment is top notch, and Raaj took the time to ensure we were fully up to speed with using the equipment before he left. I cannot recommend them highly enough; their work ethic, professional ability and general attitude to providing a top notch service from start to finish is exceptional. All completed with a smile and a laugh; great people and no doubt life long friends. Having moved into a new build house in a relatively quiet development recently, security had been a concern for me. Having found Raaj CCTV on Facebook I contacted them and got an immediate response to arrange a free consultation at my house. Raaj and Taz are so lovely and really know their stuff, they looked round the house, suggested possible criminal 'hotspots' and advised where our cameras and alarm should be. A few days later a date was set for the installation which went smoothly and everything was set up within a couple of days. l have contacted Raaj in two occasion, the first time, when i was having problem with my cctv, he offered advice over the phone on what to do to correct the problem, it was resolved with his advice costing me nothing, the second time needed a camera and wiring replaced, he attended on time and date given, gave me a quote, which i accepted, carried out the work professionaly leaving the place clean and spotless, thank you i will call you again and will pass you name to anyone needing a cctv installed
