Q&As

We bridge the gap between our clients current health and fitness level and fitness wants and needs. We will assess their current fitness level. Design a customized program. Instruct clients on proper sequence of movements, positioning and specific movements. We will reassess to maximize total fitness effort.

A balance of consistent fitness training and proper nutrition. To maximize the the R4 system we advise four sessions a week. No more than one hour each session. Proper nutrition is extremely important. Yes must have a balance of protein, carbohydrates, fiber & supplements.

Seeing the look on my clients faces when they achieve a goal that they never thought they could.

I was an All American athlete in college, coached youth sports, certified personal trainer and took 1 year totally dedicated to developing the R4 system.
