We contacted R.P.S for a quote to lay porcelain tiles throughout our hallway. Michael came and gave us a very competitive quote, which we accepted. Really pleased with Michael’s work from start to finish.Quick to provide a competitive and reasonable quote, he was also happy to provide ideas and recommendations regarding underfloor heating appropriate for the size of the roomHe’s professional and considerate and hard working. He plans methodically to get the tiles down in the most efficient manner, without compromising on time and quality.Through good planning, there was minimal wastage of tiles, which meant we can return some to the supplier for a refund.Whilst doing the floor we asked for some additional work for tiling the walls around the sink and window, which he duly obliged. Michael Dooley was very reliable, initially coming to look at the job at the time arranged and giving useful advice on installation of underfloor heating to be carried out prior to tiling. He came to start the work at time promised and got stuck in until it was completed. He dealt with a base level issue in a practical way. In November 2104 RPS Tiling did a hall, kitchen, utility room and cloakroom floor of 26 sq m and the mosaic tile round the granite worktop of our new kitchen. From responding to our original enquiry through to taking out the rubbish and sending the invoice at the end, everything Michael did was prompt and professional. The floor looks fantastic and we get lots of compliments and comments about the quality of the work. The additional work that was carried out, including gloss paint, wood work, plastering and other bits of decorating were all expertly done, and we cant rate RPS highly enough. We will definitely be using their services again, for any of our home projects. We are happy to be contacted via RPS to do any personal recommendations. More...

We have just had Michael fit laminate in our large conservatory, his quote was very reasonable and he arrived on time, working throughout the day to complete the job with a quality finish. Found this guy on Yell when I was tearing my hair out trying to cut floor tiles to finish my bathroom. He came out when he said he would, charged a very reasonable price and completed what turned out to be a difficult job to our satisfaction. Would use Michael again for sure.
