REPS training is the best! Ever since starting about 6 months ago, I've been hooked. Everyday is a different challenge & David pushes each individual to their top potential. Each day before class, he explains each exercise & makes sure we know how to get the maximum benefit from each station. I love this REPS class! It is a guarantee David Polomie is going to challenge me physically and mentally during these workouts. David creates different exercises for each class, so you never know what you are in for. David is always learning and sharing with the class. He has a passion for fitness and teaching, so he is always giving you more. He is a motivator but has a great sense of humor, which keeps the classes the fun. I've been going to David's small group REPS training classes for about one month and have already seen amazing results in that time. I am already in better shape, stronger, more toned, and have more energy and endurance. It is obvious that David is passionate about fitness and it shows through the different exercises and enthusiasm he brings to every session. The classes are challenging and change each class so it's never the same workout. It's great for every fitness level and is a comfortable judgment-free environment. David's small group REPS training classes are amazing. In just a couple of months after starting them I saw amazing results. I quickly became stronger, more toned, lost over 12 pounds and gained more energy and endurance. I will assess your fitness levels and goals to determine the best exercise program that will give you achievable results quickly.

This service can be for 2 or more participants to train at one time. Program options are HIIT, bootcamp style, split body part training or whatever meets the clients needs. A great way to save money but the splitting the cost.
