R. Banks Events, LLC

I used R Banks Event for a birthday party. The candy table was pretty.... however that was the only decoration. The party did not represent the theme at all. The planner lack time management, very unorganized and understaffed. The day of the event, the planner insisted she could “decorate” the venue in an hour instead of paying an extra $50 to get the venue for an additional hour. To say, the day was chaotic is an understatement! The photographer was untangling balloons, the DJ was carrying food inside the venue, and a guest was picking up food for the event????? Needless to say, the venue was not ready at party time. The party was scheduled to start at 7 and the guest of honor was not able to arrive till 845-900.
