I requested a quote on Yelp and got a response in less than 15 minutes. We setup an appointment and agreed on a date and time. They showed up on time and did a quick survey of the area to be cleaned. They reviewed some spots and mentioned that some spots may not come out. I acknowledged their review but asked them to proceed anyways. They did the living room and hallway and were done in just over an hour. I was pleasantly surprised to see that most of the heavy traffic area was clean and the carpet looks great!I would definitely use R&J again and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned. I am thankful to Rocio for agreeing to a last-minute move-in cleaning. I also like the flat-rate fee she uses instead of an hourly rate with a minimum time allotment, like some cleaners do. I was even more thankful when the day she came, I hadn't realized the water was turned off and she was very kind and understanding, agreeing to come another day that worked for me. When they came again, they worked hard and long, spending much time cleaning the many blinds and drawers throughout the house. I did feel there were areas that weren't dusted at all (above doors and top of the shower walls) and some not very well (areas on the ceiling fan were missed and a couple of wall shelves weren't cleaned well). She also said she had something to take the mold out of the showers, but wasn't able to make much of a difference. I bought Tilex and it took most of it off to where I don't feel I need to get a whole new shower. I was going to use the carpet cleaning, but Rocio was upfront that the stains would not come out. Rocio's team did a good job. They were prompt and were very easy to reach and responsive. I was able to get a quote through yelp, which was really nice. Everything we needed cleaned, was done and done well. They even cleaned the fireplace, thankfully! The only thing I would note is that our floors still seemed to be a little dirty/dusty. I broke my elbow and needed help cleaning around my place. I contacted them on Yelp and they were able to fit me in super quick! I wasn't home when they arrived (my husband was) so I can't speak to anything during their visit. HOWEVER - When I got home from work that day I was SOOO happy! My place hadn't been as clean as they made it (especially our tubs which are made of the cheap apartment rental plastic) since we moved in! We hired Rocio and her team for both carpet cleaning and a move-in cleaning for our new home. Â Rocio and her team of ladies showed up on time and deep cleaned our home. Â My husband is a germophobe and is very picky with how things are cleaned, and even he was impressed with the job well done. Â He also liked that the carpet cleaning was done last so there was no one going into our home wearing shoes after the carpet was deep cleaned. This was our first time doing professional house cleaning, and we had some anxiety about it beforehand because we had a baby in the house, and we weren't sure how noisy the process would be, how much dust would be uncovered from our home, etc. Rocio came over and did the deep cleaning with a team of two. I was impressed by how thorough they were with cleaning every corner of our house. They were very attentive to detail and did a great job cleaning our kitchen floor and counters (even behind our kitchen and stove), and we noticed that they removed a lot of dirty and filmy spots in our bathroom and on our shower doors. Honest, fast, and same day service for my carpets, travertine, and tile. What a great experience.I found this business on craigslist and needed my carpets cleaned that day due to an impromptu entertaining obligation. I called about 5 companies, and they were the easiest to deal with by far. They gave me a no-nonsense flat price over the phone before they came out. It was a bit higher than other companies, but the key is that it was a flat-rate, honest quote. Other companies had "bait and hook" prices and were a hassle because their advertised prices were just steam cleaning, but they nickel and dimed on everything else-- "Oh, that's a high traffic area, $50 extra. Oh, that's a special stain that needs pre-treatment --$20 extra." Seriously, just tell me how much it will cost to make my carpets as clean as you can possibly get them. I don't want an analysis and I don't want to negotiate over every single spot. So, before they even came, I was a happy camper since they made my life easy with their flat quote.I told them to bring along their travertine and tile tools because we have that rough, 'hole-y" travertine in the kitchen which looked like a mess and I was hoping they could help. They gave me a reasonable price for that too, and no ridiculous "oh, that's special natural stone that needs this and that." An hour and a half after I called, they arrived, and 2 hours later I had amazingly cleaned (and sealed! travertine floors), and carpets. An hour and a half!
