I give them a 10 if I could. I had an A/C issue that needed correcting. So living in a time where social media is the way of finding a good reliable company for service, I Googled A/C service’s in my area and a few came up and I looked at the reviews posted and R&R had a great rating and great customer comments so I had called them and explained what was going on and set up a service call with Vicky, I chose to set up an appoint for the following day since that would work best for me. My technician Johnny arrived in the time frame the next day, I explained the issue that I was having and explained it’s a new system since we bought the house a year ago and we didn’t have any problem last year while using the A/C. He went right to work and addressed what was causing my problem and had it completed in record time. Johnny to me was one of the best technicians that I’ve dealt with in recent years, he was attentive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with, having worked in customer service for almost 40 years I can see an employee who cares about the customer service and he is an asset to R&R, in talking I mentioned I was looking for someone to service my HVAC unit and he mentioned a plan that they offer and I signed up knowing in the future I’ll be dealing with a company who cares about their customers and the delivers a great customer experience. Ramon was as always professional and very pleasant. He explained what the problem was and how he fixed the problem. Let me add R&R weren’t the original company who installed my mini split air conditioners. The original company was a “fly by night” company who I would not recommend to my worst enemy!! Thankfully Ramon saved the day and now the air conditioning units are working they way they should of been from day one. So glad I found R&R Mechanical Service Inc what a great company.
