What’s your signature dish?
We have over 52 entree selections to choose from. We use the freshest ingredients and our chef can create the best dishes that transport well from one location to the other. We offer upgraded salad selections at no additional charge, like Caesar salad, Pasta salad, Macaroni with shrimp salad, Greek salad, when many of our competitors charge extra for some upgrades.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We strive for personal customer service. We will discuss many ideas and solutions for you and take the time. Our competitors will just send you information,
sometimes not even returning your phone calls. We have been in business for over 38 years and take pride in the foodservice business.
What do you love most about your job?
Working with future clients in developing their ideas for their function.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been interested in the food business for over 45 years and wanted to see people enjoy themselves when we cater their functions.
Why should our clients choose you?
Personal service is a priority for us . Once you select R & R Caterers to be your caterer, I will set up a personal appointment to meet you and possibly meet at the location of the event to actually do a site survey. Again that is a must for me. That way you the client feels more comfortable in whom you are hiring for the event. I try to be at your function myself, instead of sending a manager to oversee the event. I am a very hands on owner.
