How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Since we specialize in Comfort Food, this spreads across every genre of food (Italian, American, Soul, Asian inspired..etc. ) and it can get overwhelming to see a menu with 100 different options. While we can provide a full menu, we have found it more convenient to speak with guests to find out their need and create 4 sample menus to choose from.
What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about food and even more passionate about serving others. It's a pleasure to create a dish and watch someone enjoy it. Food is not just for nourishment but it's a way to gather, a way to heal, and way to make other laugh and smile.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoy cooking and I love to cook for others. What other way to do this than through a restaurant.

I recognize that this business is about serving others first. I do everything to ensure that a customer is satisfied with my services. Also, my food speaks for itself.
