With this full service package, we involve ourselves in every aspect from start to finish, ensuring that your big day is everything you dreamed it would be.
Partial Consulting Wedding Planning
Already have a head start but would like the assistance of an expert planner? Our partial consulting service is perfect for you. Our involvement is limited to the pre-determined vendors you desire assistance with, giving you freedom to customize our service to your specific needs. Save some of the stress by letting us contact your vendors and negotiate contracts. We attend appointments, monitor payment deadlines, and communicate with vendors to ensure they are maintaining your wedding timeline. With this package, you will also receive day-of coordination.
Finishing Touches Day of Wedding Coordination
For finishing touches coordination, we meet with you to put together a comprehensive plan four to six weeks before your wedding day. This service includes confirmation of vendors, full availability to answer any of your questions, and serving as the primary contact for your guests. We will be on-site for the day of making sure vendors arrive in a timely manner, assisting with final decor touches, aiding the photographer with organizing pictures, arranging ceremony line-up and reception introduction, distributing vendor gratuities and final payments, and most importantly -dealing with any “emergencies.”
