As a business owner and general manager, could there possibly be a better IT service than the one these guys offer? I went in to fix my laptop and replace its damaged hard disk. They have installed a brand new SSD, fixed it and gave it back to me IN LESS THAN 24hours. Riccardo did a great job and took the time to explain things clearly and help me understand how to us my new home network to its maximum potential with all ethernet points and wireless access points. He terminated all ethernet points and coaxial cables in my house and configured my POE switch and access points, so that my house has full strength wifi on all floors. A Quest Engineer came to my office when our network was down. The engineer arrived quickly and was able to identify the problem with the server and fix it. The Quest engineer Riccardo gave us very good advice on Backup procedures and Disaster recovery plans. We are now looking at Quest to provide IT support to my business. They were helpful, informative and more than patient when it came down to explaining the multiple variations of what i could have in my PC.
