I had an excellent experience with Quest, after a friend referred me to him. I had one half-hour meeting with Kyle where we went over my documents, after which we had a few interactions by email. I soon received my updated filing papers with clear instructions on signing and mailing them. It was incredibly smooth, especially that I was in a complex situation, working on F1-Visa Optional Practical Training, and could not find adequate guidance online.
