I hired this company to clean my best friend's apartment before she moved in. They showed up on time worked fast and the apartment looked beautiful afterwards. They didn't call me before they left which I didn't like much but I asked one of the ladies to clean the patio screen and she said she could not get it clean, I however thought she did a fantastic job as it looked much better than when we first walked in! I called three days in a row to get the final cost before they charged me and I could never get anyone to answer. That alsoSucked. I was told I would be contacted before I as charged but I was not. The price was charged was not too far off from what I was quoted so I was not upset. I just like to know ahead of time. All in all I would hire them to clean my home. More...

First, We,d like to say Thank you Queens of Clean for returning our call in the first place and better yet in a reasonable time frame!  We needed a move in  deep clean and asap.We just purchased a rather unique home, a ton of wood beams. They were really dusty, some greasy, dry, fuzzies hanging, not a pretty sight.  They knew EXACTLY how to specialty clean the wood  It took 3 of them the entire day to deep clean, and everything sparkled, from the bathrooms, to the kitchen, and of course the beams!  No more dirt, no more dust, it felt great to be able to move into a home so clean. I've been in search of a house cleaning service for months now, and I think I've finally found my people! I reached out to Queens of Clean through Yelp on a Sunday and they got back to me the very next day. They told me to call to give them a bit more information about my home. The lady I spoke to was very pleasant and professional. Due to a last minute cancellation they were  able to get a crew out to my home the next day! They sent three people and they were thorough! I requested that they clean the baseboards and windowsills and they sparkling clean! They cleans areas that I didn't even know I needed cleaned! I called yesterday for a deep clean prior to having listing photos taken for my house today.  This morning a crew of 4 arrived and cleaned years of dust out of my house, had my kitchen cabinets looking brand new, cleaned a neglected bathroom, cleaned the carpets and did the windows, I was so overwhelmed with the task of getting the house ready for listing and they took that burden off my shoulders. Queens of Clean is an excellent company for ANY type of cleaning! Laura was so easy to work with when she came for the estimate of our home. She is extremely knowledgeable and set us up for a top to bottom clean. A week later, Tiffany, Ana, and Vicky came to our house and did a fantastic job!! Our home had just finished some construction, so the dust was everywhere. These ladies made it look as if we never had the construction even done! Queens of clean are the best, I had neglected my housework for a while, they just left my house and I had to call to say that I am amazed at how great my house looks and smells. I will be scheduling every 2 weeks for them to come back, they made our beds as well. I had clean dishes in the sink and they were put away, garbage bags in the cans in our rooms as well!! If you are reading this you are deciding whether to call - just do it. I have wasted so much time cleaning for years - thank goodness now that I'm unable to do it due to health I found the QUEENS. They are so awesome, so fast and they do it ALL. I tried many others DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Today Nichole, Travis and Theresa did everything in 4 hours - what a relief to have everything done and the cost was more than fair for all they did. QOC are AWESOME! We’ve been using them for over 6months for monthly cleanings and they do a great job. But what’s extra special about them, is when I’ve called to see if they would come out to help with additional projects around my house. Help with doing a 100 wedding welcome bags for my step-son’s wedding, washing loads and loads of dishes leftover from a party, folding and organizing clothes that needed to go to Goodwill, and then yesterday, cleaning out my garage so I could fit my new car in it. They are wonderfu, accommodating and always willing and eager to help with whatever needs to be done. Don’t miss out on this amazing group of people who are such a great asset to anyone’s busy life! I just started using this service on a routine basis and i just love the service. I've talked to the owner a few times, got to know a few of the employees and am really comfortable with a couple of the ladies who come into my home which is really important to me.
