Calm and efficient. I arrived early and arrangements were quickly made for me to do part of the scan in advance of my appointment and the rest as soon as possible, thereby saving time for everyone. I recently attended Queen Square Imaging Centre for a lengthy MRI scan which had been requested by my Doctor as part of an ongoing diagnosis. The service provided is first class. The reception staff are extremely welcoming and despite being slightly early, I was seen almost immediately. I was extremely nervous having never had an MRI before but both of the Radiographers who looked after me were excellent. Not only did they instantly put me at ease on my arrival, they also kept me constantly updated on how long each scan was going to take which made the process seem a lot easier. The quality of the scans, according to my Doctor, is excellent and this is what is important. I have since recommended Queen Square Imaging Centre to a few colleagues and would have no hesitation in doing so again. More...

I went for an MRI scan of my spine last year and found the staff at the Queen Square Imaging Centre very friendly and knowledgeable. They went to extra effort to help me feel reassured and ran through any questions I had both before and after. I was given a brief run down of the outcome of the scan, and a CD containing the images to take to my GP, accompanied by a letter of the findings which were all very helpful. Thanks guys. More...
