An amazing aesthetically pleasing salon with excellent and welcoming team of staff making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in , I had my colour and extensions done and I can by farSay it’s the best I’ve ever had total princess hair with a free therapy session off kiri too

My 12 year old daughter won a Facebook competition to have a make up lesson, which took place on 22/8/19. The entire staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming towards her. We both immediately felt relaxed and at home in the salon. The make up artist was so lovely towards my daughter, she did not treat her like a child and was so patient throughout the full lesson. They completed a look that my daughter could do for a day to day look, and the results were amazing!! All the staff, and even the clients in the salon, make her feel a million dollars after she was done, complementing how beautiful she looked etc, which really added to the experience. I will 100% come here again and would recommend these make up lessons to people of all ages. Thank you so much!!!!! You made one little girl (and her mam) very happy!!!! More...

Today I had a complete Hair system fitted by the lovely Kiri. this is such a welcoming salon and I felt relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. To say I am over the moon is an understatement. Finally decided to go have hair extensions fitted to my Very thin tired mop of what I call hair with recommend professionals. well what can I say '.I am more than happy with the results! the quality of the Hair is stunning and the application Spot on! I say this as in the past not only was it painful during the application but also after ! and sleep was a no no due to my head pulsing..well I can safely say I had a fantastic nights sleep . I have been coming to Queen of hearts for 3 years now Keri is amazing, I have very fine hair which had got to the point I where I would not go out anywhere as I was so self conscious about how it looked, Keri recommended which extensions to have fit and has had my hair looking great ever Since I can’t thank her enough, I would never consider going anywhere else.

Booked an appointment for today for hair tinsel for my freshers week for uni after it being recommended by a friend and I was so nervous going into it because I usually don't use extensions etc but I had the best service and my hair is looking amazing! Kiri and Kelsey are absolutely fab! Kelsey did hair tinsel in my hair, and made sure my hair was fabulous for my university cheerleading competition, and she's also bleached and toned my hair from a brassy blonde to a cleaner blonde. I got my hair extensions done off Kiri, she did an amazing job and I feel like myself again, so happy with my hair. Today I got lash extensions applied off Kiri, and I absolutely love them! Fabulous! Lovely studio in which you can literally sit back and relax! Kiri and Kelsie made me feel right at home and offered great advise on my hair then transformed it into a beautiful mane of fiery red! I've had so may compliments! They even got me a bottle to top up my colour in between visits since red can fade quicker - most salons would demand you come back for a full colour at full price! My hair was is desperate need of saving and Kiri was my saviour! I left with my hair being the best its been in years and she went out of her way to make sure that was possible. Wash, Olaplex, restyle, blow dry, extensions, curled and lots of advice on how to maintain it.
