Le niveau de qualité atteint par cette agence est excellent de tout point de vue. Grâce à leur service parfait, j'ai pu louer mon appartement depuis Paris sur la banlieue de Manchester en un temps record (une quinzaine de jours au max). Via leur site internet, l'agent immobilier (H) a établi tout mon dossier. Il m'a beaucoup assisté afin que mon dossier soit complet. Pour le paiement de la caution (deposite) et du premier mois de loyer, j'ai pu payer par transfert bancaire ce qui m'a beaucoup arrangé. When we moved to Manchester from overseas a couple of years ago, we didn't think the real estate person (Sara) FaceTiming to show us a property would also be the person who would help us to buy where we were renting. Sara and H helped to push through our sale, navigate the nuances of a British home purchase, kept us informed (they were on the ball) and made it a much simpler experience than any of the agents we had tried to work with previously to put offers on alternate properties (renting and buying). I have used Quay Property both for sale of my own property and to rent another. I got a better than market price and a rapid sale for my sale thanks to Sara’s and H’s expertise, and was really impressed as I had negative experiences with other agents on the quays. The service provided by Quay Property and especially H was absolutely brilliant. We arranged a viewing on a Saturday morning and I signed my new tenancy just 4 days later! !! He didn't try to "sale" or convince me to rent the property but explained all the benefits and gave me some time to sleep on it to make sure I am happy with my choice. Also, H was always very responsive to my emails, calls and messages.

The whole process was easy and very quick (application, reference checks and signing of the contract was all carried out online). Yes, their fees aren't the lowest in Manchester but you get the level of service you pay for. I guess honesty and professionalism go a long way these days.
