It was quite busy during the lunch period. The food service was a bit slow, but the staff was very friendly. The noodle I ordered was fantastic, I love their homemade chicken marinade. However, it's a bit too oily to my liking.I would definately recommend this restaurant, they have a vast selection of food to choose from. The only downside is the slow service, which might hinder with diners' plans.Note that they don't accept tap payment. I gave it a full 5 .. and I would like to clarify... This is Filipino/Chinese Fusion and wow.. the Flavors are spot on.. . every bite .. and where else can you get Lechon Kawai and shrimp shomai ( sorry if I spelt that wrong ). At the same time.I was with a group of 15 Filipinos, and the service was friendly, timing of food to table was awesome, and as well as the large group, there were other guests to tend with. All were enjoying. My table mates were very impressed we ordered around 15 dishes off the menu. Everybody full in the end, only a little rice and soup left. This restaurant rates in my top 5 .. Very, very good. Very good value, too. I will come back, likely regularly. We had pork siomai (dim sum dumplings), which were juicy and full of savoury pork flavour, and the largest bites I’ve had! The chilli sauce they come with can be described as addictive and crave inducing. Next was the ginger beef, which is NOT battered and very tender. Different from the ginger beef you’re used to and all the better for it. Thai curry chicken. It’s excellent. We had a noodle dish that was also very tasty and the sizzling teriyaki salmon. The salmon was mouth watering and an exciting experience having it delivered to the table bubbling in it’s delicious sauce. The servers and owner were were friendly and helpful. Entirely a good experience. I wish these new owners well and hopefully shed the stigma of the old ramen place soon. They deserve great success and as word of mouth spreads, will do well. Good luck! I love this restaurant because they are always coming up with creative dishes. I had the ginger beef a couple days ago and was impressed with the flavor and the fact they add vegetables to the meal. it's not the traditional coated style. The beef was very tender.
