Gavin's quotation was not the cheapest but was carefully written and costings explained. He is a polite, honest hard working guy with an equally hard working assistant Ryan. They both worked diligently on my project and overcame difficulties without complaint. Pleasant to deal with at all times (and they only need two cups of tea a day ! ).I would recommend this 'can-do' partnership of professionals who within their scope of skills are unlikely to let you down.I have already contracted them for further work and look forward to the same result. Mimmi and Gavin were really helpful and listened to what I was after for my pup, they designed my little pup house to fit in perfectly with its surroundings, I would definitely recommend them, the pup house is so beautifully crafted, a true show piece and definitely the best in town ❤️

Quarters of Sussex have created a beautiful bespoke hand crafted dog kennel to reflect the style of our Sussex village pub. The detail and craftsmanship is exceptional. Gavin and Ryan recently completed the construction of our new garden room, and we are extremely happy with the end product. Their attention to detail is second to none, they put forward some excellent suggestions along the way, and kept us up to speed with the detail of the progress and what was to happen next. I have wanted a garden room for a long time and was not disappointed when I had one built. It had to store my collection of Korean furniture paintings and a huge kimono but also be a serviceable space with sofa and tv a chill out space and not forgetting a home for my pampered cats Gizmo and Domino who do not get on with my husbands dogs so there was no way they could all live together in the house. I found Quarters of Sussex when searching the internet for provides of outdoor kennels. I had no previous experience of the company. From the moment I expressed an interest in commissioning a kennel, the experience has been enjoyable, interactive and fun. Gavin consulted me on various options for the kennel, and really went to trouble to ensure a good colour match between the kennel and my house. He kept me and my children up to speed with how the kennel build was going, emailing photos of the kennel at various stages so that we could see the progress that was being made. He made sure that the delivery process would go smoothly by asking for details of access, and giving me an explanation of how installation would be effected. The delivery and build itself went very smoothly - Gavin brought his son to assist so I didn't have to do any heavy lifting at all! Finally, the product itself - the kennel - is beautiful. The build quality is exceptionally good - it is a stunning piece of building. Our dog loves it already.In summary, I cannot recommend Gavin and Quarters of Sussex highly enough. The owners -Gavin and Mimmi's artistic flair has meant that the kennel looks very stylish alongside our house apart from being Rex's dog pad when he has had enough of us and wants some time to himself! From the initial consultation through to delivery and installation nothing was too much trouble. The attention to detail, the quality of finish and the craftsmanship were truly exceptional and we appreciated the commitment of talking us through every stage of the build with regular updates. We also feel the pricing is incredibly reasonable considering the quality of the materials and the finish. It's reassuring that Gavin, Mimmi and the team pride themselves on the excellent level of service they provide and importantly, design the kennels with maximum comfort in mind, especially with the option of under-floor heating. My kennel arrived at the one month given time frame on time. The communication through out the build was first class and I enjoyed the photo updates along the way. The kennel is literally perfect.
